Geoffrey Wood
is a Teaching Fellow in International Energy Law and Policy at the School of Law (University of Stirling) and is actively involved in research on energy and environmental law and governance specialising in energy policy, devolution, and low carbon transitions, with a focus on optimising policy delivery in terms of environmental, social, economic and technological outcomes.
Keith Baker 
is a Researcher at the School of Engineering and the Built Environment (Glasgow Caledonian University), specialising in fuel poverty, energy policy, and sustainable built environments. He is a co-founder of the Initiative for Carbon Accounting (www.icarb.org), co-author of Carbon Management in the Built Environment (Routledge, 2012), and a member of the Advisory Board of the European Energy Poverty Observatory.
