Vahid J. Sadeghi is an Associate Professor in International Entrepreneurship and the Director of the PhD Programme at Aston Business School. He chaired the 50th AIB-UKI conference at Aston Business School (2024). His research focuses on international entrepreneurship, particularly the non-linear internationalisation of entrepreneurial SMEs.

Razieh (Rosie) Sadraei is a Lecturer (research-focused) at the Centre for Business in Society, Coventry University. Her research centres on international business strategy and entrepreneurship.

Surender Munjal is a Professor of International Business at Aston Business School and a global expert on the internationalisation of emerging market multinational enterprises. His research is published in top-tier international business, economics, and management journals.

Sangeeta Khorana is a Professor of International Trade Policy at Aston Business School, holding the prestigious endowed Chair of International Trade Policy from the Chartered Institute of Export and International Trade, London. She specialises in WTO trade policy, bilateral trade agreements, inclusive trade, and sustainable supply chains.
