About the editors
Professor, Geography and Earth Science Department, Shippensburg University, Pennsylvania. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Urban Studies, University of Akron, Ohio, and he is a member of American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). He has authored and coauthored a number of books, articles and proceedings of international conferences and professional organizations.
She is currently a Senior Lecturer, Vietnamese German University (VGU), BinhDuong, Vietnam. She obtained her Ph.D. from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand. Her academic specialization is in urban management (planning) and sustainable development. She has authored or coauthored a variety of articles and monographs and proceedings of conference papers reflecting her interests and specializations.
