BRINGS THEORY AND RESEARCH TOGETHER IN PRACTICE TO HELP READERS ADOPT HEALTHIER BEHAVIORS
Health Psychology: Applying Psychological Science to Health and Wellness brings the contributions of health psychologists to students with an approach that makes their study of the subject personally meaningful.
