Prof. Michael Heike is Lecturer in Public Management at the Competence Center Public and Non-Profit Management at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Studied business administration and economics, professional background in corporate development at Deutsche Bahn and at a large German district administration. Expert for Balanced Scorecard in public administration and in pluralistic organizations.Daniel Sigrist is organizational consultant with a focus on new organizational designs and work design.
