Kun Liu, professor, graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a master's degree in naval architecture and ocean engineering. He is currently the head of the Department of naval architecture at the School of naval architecture and ocean engineering, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. His primary research interests are in structure strength analyse, structure dynamic response and lightweight functional structure design. He has participated in a number of research projects.
