Auch in der evangelischen Kirche gewinnen multi- bzw. interprofessionelle Arbeitsformen immer mehr an Bedeutung. In den Gliedkirchen der Evangelischen Kirche in Deutschland (EKD) wird zunehmend Multiprofessionalität in den eigenen Strukturen verankert. Die Spanne reicht von optionalen Pilotprojekten über die Etablierung einer interprofessionellen Kultur bis zur flächendeckenden und verbindlichen Einführung interprofessioneller Dienstgruppen, die sich auch pfarramtliche Leitungsaufgaben teilen. Die hier vorlegten Beiträge gehen zurück auf ein Symposium der VRK-Akademie, die von den Herausgebern initiiert und im März 2021 durchgeführt wurde. Dieses Buch möchte einen Diskussionsbeitrag zur Relevanz des Konzepts multi- und interprofessioneller Teamarbeit im Kontext der aktuellen Transformationsprozesse in mitteleuropäischen Kirchen liefern.
In the Evangelical Church multi- and inter-professional forms of work are becoming more and more important. Multi-professional co-working is being progressively embedded into the structures of the member churches of the Evangelical Church in Germany. The spectrum of this concept ranges from optional pilot projects to the establishment of an inter-professional culture or to the extensive and obligatory implementation of interdisciplinary work groups that share pastoral management tasks. The articles in this volume, which stem from a symposium hosted by the VRK Academy in March 2021 (initiated by the publishers), discuss the relevance of multi- and inter-professional co-working in the context of the current transformation processes in central European churches.
