Anja P. Jakobi is the Chair of International Relations at the Brunswick University of Technology (TU Braunschweig, Germany). Her research focuses on different aspects of global and transnational governance, with a research emphasis on different aspects of global crime governance, non-traditional security and illegal markets. Among her recent books are ‘Common Goods and Evils? The Formation of Global Crime Governance’ (2013, Oxford University Press) and ‘The Transnational Governance of Violence and Crime. Non-State Actors in Security’ (ed. With KD Wolf, Palgrave 2013).
