The Journal of Structural Chemistry is a leading multidisciplinary publication dealing with all structural aspects of modern chemistry. The Journal is a premier forum for researchers exploring the principles of chemical bonding and matter organization, the impact of structural aspects on a chemical property or transformation, and the application of the newest physical methods in chemical structure research. The Journal covers studies on the structure of single molecules and radicals, molecular assemblies, gases, liquids including water and solutions, amorphous and crystalline solids, surfaces, films and nanoparticles – including inorganic, organic and organometallic compounds, molecular and polymeric materials, single crystals and minerals.

The original version of the Journal, Zhurnal Strukturnoi Khimii, published by the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, includes papers from former Soviet Union republics printed in Russian.
The English version, Journal of Structural Chemistry, contains only papers in English. Submissions are acceptable from around the world in English or Russian (those will be translated).
All articles are peer-reviewed.
