Anthony L. Andrady, PhD, is an Adjunct Professor of Chemical andBiomolecular Engineering at the North Carolina State University. Anaccomplished Polymer Scientist, Dr. Andrady has published over ahundred original research papers and book chapters onPolymers. He is a Fellow of both the Royal Society ofChemistry and the National College of Rubber Technology (London,England). Dr. Andrady edited Plastics and the Environment(Wiley, 2003) and authored Science and Technology ofPolymer Nanofibers (Wiley, 2007).
