Tammy Allen Ph.D. is professor of psychology at theUniversity of South Florida. Her research interests includementoring, career development, work-family relationships,occupational health psychology, and organizational citizenshipbehavior. Her research has been published in journals such asThe Journal of Applied Psychology, PersonnelPsychology, and Journal of Vocational Behavior.
Lisa M. Finkelstein Ph.D. is an associate professor ofpsychology at Northern Illinois University. Her research interestsinclude mentoring, age and generational issues in the workplace,obesity bias, and humor in the workplace. Her research has beenpublished in journals such as The Journal of AppliedPsychology, The Journal of Organizational Behavior, andHuman Resource Management.
Mark L. Poteet Ph.D. is President of OrganizationalResearch & Solutions, Inc., a management consulting practicebased in Tampa, Florida.
